Release of liability: In consideration of my and/or my children’s participation in any activities affiliated with St Mary HASA Fun Run, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators waive and release any and all liability. I assume all risks associated with running/walking in this event. I understand that bicycles, skateboards, roller skates/roller blades, or animals are not allowed in the race, and I will abide by all race rules. Neither I nor anyone else will make any claim of liability against the race organizers or sponsors. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recording and/or all record of this event for legitimate purpose. I have read the entry information provided and certify my compliance by my signature on the online registration form.
